We ask that photographers are respectful of privacy of members of the public.
If your image includes a person whose privacy may be a concern, you should get their permission before entering the image in the competition.
Just imagine you see yourself on the front page of a newspaper, shown in a winning entry in a competition, taken one day on a beach in Apollo Bay, when you had no idea you were being photographed!
You can use this simple Permission Form to get written permission of the person in your photograph.
